San Terri Cottage

Hartamas Shopping Center (HSC) is located next to Sri Hartamas and its situated among complete streets, shop offices, service apartments and alfresco shopping arcades, giving the area a holistic, neighborhood feel. With a wide range of F&B outlets to satisfy any foodie’s taste buds, there are choices such as Modesto’s Easy Pizza, RakuZen, Daimon, Starbucks Coffee, Kim Gary, Only Mee, Sao Nam Vietnamese Restaurant and Paddington House Of Pancakes.

After a pleasant shopping day, it’s important to enjoy your afternoon with tea breaks. . San Terri Cottage is located on the 1st floor of HSC.

After a hard day’s shopping, it’s always nice to take a break over a slice of cake and some hot brewing coffee. I was just at HSC with my family recently to do a little shopping for Christmas and finally visited San Terri which is located on the 1st floor, right next to the elevator.

I’ve heard a lot about their cakes from other fellow bloggers such as Da Wheels of Happiness, Kuan Food Fetish, Jules Eating Guide, Adrian Lim’s Coffee, Mimi’s Dining Room and even a chinese one by Ling239. And I guess if so many says it’s good, it must be. The cake showcase displayed some pretty delicious looking cakes ranging from Blueberry Cheesecake to Green Tea cakes.

With so many choices and so little stomach space and a huge sense of guilt, I ordered some to try. Yup … for review sake! Here’s what I had ……

And if you haven’t tried Affogato before, I recommend you to check it out! Imagine this …. a little sip of that bitter Expresso, leaving your taste bud craving for something to counter that feel. And a spoonful of the sweet, cold Vanilla ice cream changes the whole perception. That’s my experience when I tried the Affogato for the first time.

  3. Nate Said,

Those are some beautiful looking cakes.

But, I am wondering about that “salted cheese cake”. I doesn’t look anything like the New York style cheesecakes that I’m used to. Could you tell me more about it?

  5. carmen Said,

I hope the management of san terri will get someone that can speak in english or bahasa malaysia. In that way, they will be able to communicate well with the customer. You don’t want the customer to feel foreigner in their own country.
